Our client, a leading global marketing company, seeks an Account Director to oversee client accounts in the DACH region and the UK. While officially based in London or Berlin, this role is fully remote with the exception of occasional client visits and events. Fluency in English and German is a must. You will lead a client services team of 15, with a dotted line into the digital marketing team.
Responsibities
Manage a portfolio of 100+ client relationships in DACH and the UK.
Implement client strategies for client retention and to attract partners, affiliates, and customers.
Lead client calls to create customized success plans.
Collaborate with digital marketing agencies and internal teams to support campaigns, encompassing SEO, PPC, Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Content creation, and influencer marketing.
Regularly review client feedback, addressing issues and improving analytics
Oversee the development of direct reports through performance reviews & 1-2-1s
Represent the client’s goals through content creation, marketing campaigns, industry events, & presentations
Requirements
4+ years in an account management / senior client-facing role
2+ in a senior role, focusing on performance marketing and affiliate marketing.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, epspecially in the DACH region and the UK
Fluency in English and German.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing, and performance marketing.
Experience managing teams of 10+.
