Excellent opportunity for a Snr Quantity Surveyor to work an a state-of-the-art hyper-scale data centre project in Sweden. Our client is a European powerhouse in the infrastructure, construction, & engineering industires, with projects across the globe including airports, data centres, mission critical facilities and urban development.
Some of what you'll be doing:
Leading QS efforts for the Data Centre project in Sweden, ensuring precise cost management and adherence to contracts.
Proactively detecting and communicating potential commercial risks to management for prompt resolution.
Forecasting of project turnover and cash flow
Creating comprehensive subcontractor tender packages, presenting options to site management
Participating in and contributing to meetings with clients, subcontractors, designers, and internal stakeholders
Monthly progress reports
Uncovering valuable insights and trends
Reviewing and responding promptly to contractual correspondence, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
Providing expert guidance and advice to the Construction Team on contractual matters, fostering compliance and mitigating risks effectively.

Our client, a global engineering & infrastructure contractor, is a leader in sustainable development and innovation. They are seeking a Construction Manager for a hyper-scale data centre project in Groningen, Netherlands.
What you'll be doing:
Providing comprehensive oversight of project progress, collaborating with project managers and technical managers throughout the project duration.
Leading on project schedules with the project planner, incorporating look-aheads, and progress reports.
Working with BIM to identify construction issues, coordinate across trades and optimise schedules
Conducting safety and quality walks, reporting to the site supervisor
Developing and implement a robust construction management plan to facilitate commissioning efforts and ensure integration across trades.
Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes and safety regulations to uphold high standards of safety and quality on and off-site
Take charge of health and safety on-site, ensuring all teams have received the necessary training to carry out their work safely and effectively.
Maintain strict cost control measures, identifying opportunities to reduce costs where appropriate without compromising quality or safety.

Our client is a European powerhousev in the infrastructure, construction, & engineering industires, with projects across the globe including airports, data centres, mission critical facilities and urban development.
What you'll be doing:
Developing & Implementing a comprehensive QA/QC plan
Conducingt regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Examine the quality policies and procedures of both the company and subcontractors, ensuring their adherence and maintenance at the project site.
Manage the non-conformance process, including documenting deficiencies, tracking resolutions, and reporting to project stakeholders.
Perform Quality training for Subcontractors.
